History
MORE THAN 35 YEARS AGO
The Đokić family from Jagodina founded their small farm in 1988.
Over the years, the farm expanded and developed, and in 1995 it became a limited liability company.
Today, still in diligent family hands, and with the same care as at the beginning, the company counts more than 1,500,000 happy hens and 20,000 quails, whose eggs reach shelves and tables all over our country every day.

Geography
OUR HENS LIVE, LAUGH AND LOVE AT SIX LOCATIONS:
Dragocvet, Bunar, Kovačevac, Ribare, Veliko Orašje and Veliki Popović

Biology
TWO VARIETIES OF HENS AND CHICKENS LIVE ON OUR FARMS.
Lohman brown – highly productive variety, easily adaptable to all weather conditions. These hens like to socialize and fit in well with their “collective”. Already in the 20th week after birth, hens are ready to lay eggs, and they are able to lay up to 330 eggs during the active period, which is about 80 weeks.
Isa brown – highly productive variety, very rewarding to grow. These chickens stand out for their compact physical appearance, and considering that the variety has only been around for about 30 years, it’s no surprise that they are so sleek and “photogenic”. They mature quickly, and during the year they lay about 330 eggs.
Japanese quails are small but powerful birds. Although they produce seemingly small eggs, compared to the quail’s body, they are actually quite large and even 5 times more nutritious than chicken eggs. They are extremely healthy and hardy, they rarely get sick, but they require treatment full of attention and care, given that they are sensitive to stress and drafts.
We raise all animals on our farms according to strictly controlled veterinary principles.

Physics
THE PRINCIPLE IN WHICH WE BELIEVE
is the closed cycle, i.e. – control of every segment of production, from the farm to the store or household. We have incubators where we lay chicks for our own production, where we raise them for 18 weeks. We feed them with food that we have produced ourselves, on our 2000h of land that we cultivate. When the hens are ready to lay eggs, we know those eggs are 100% domestic and controlled from start to finish.
Hens lay about 330 eggs during the year, and then the eggs are packed and distributed. We have the IFS certificate, and therefore the HACCP certificate, which guarantees the fulfillment of all the requirements of European distributors regarding the quality and safety of food products.

Mathematics
WHEN WE CONVERT EVERYTHING INTO NUMBERS AND EQUATIONS,
everything gets mixed up like we used an egg mixer, and it looks like this:
Our farms produce 1,175,342 chicken eggs per day!
That’s as much as 70,5 tons, or enough to make 393,000 omelettes for an adult portion!
And there are 15,342 quail eggs per day, which is as much as 200kg of protein!
And all of that arrives from our chickens and quails to your refrigerators in less than 24 hours every day.

Ecology and social science:
LAND ON OUR FARMS
Is fed with organic fertilizers, and we leave no waste behind, also we pack our eggs in recycled cardboard. These are the eggs of happy chickens, raised with constant care for their health, yours and the health of your loved ones.
We are proud that we have preserved the values of a domestic, family company for more than three and a half decades, and none of this would have been possible without cooperation and a strong connection with the local community, clients and satisfied customers. With every segment that makes up the full circle of our production, we act according to the highest ecological and moral principles.
